Easy Pineapple Bread Pudding

Looking for an easy warm dessert to make on a cold winter evening? This recipe for Easy Pineapple Bread Pudding could be just what you want.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed*
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9-inch square pan or souffle dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in bread cubes and pineapple. Place in prepared dish. Bake Easy Pineapple Bread Pudding for 40 to 45 minutes.
