Made with White Chocolate Feb 10th 2012, 11:05 I've never really understood the fascination associated with White Chocolate, even though I've fallen for its charm as well. White Chocolate isn't even real chocolate. It's made from milk, sugar and cocoa butter. There are no cocoa solids, which would make it a "real" chocolate. Still, people just light-up when they hear the term "White Chocolate" associated with a sweet treat. I know I get excited when someone is offering White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies. For those of us who have fallen under its spell, here are several recipes made with White Chocolate. 2011 White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies Photo by Carroll Pellegrinelli, licensed to About.com 2011 White Chocolate Covered Pretzels Photo by Carroll Pellegrinelli, licensed to About.com.
