There aren't any artificial sweeteners in this cheesecake and yet it can be considered not bad for you. "Why?" you ask. First of all, we, especially women, need to get more calcium into our diets. This cheesecake has 2-1/2 pounds of cream cheese in it. It's also made with eggs: protein. (Cream cheese is also a source of protein.) It has the zest and some of the juice of a real orange in it. (Good source of vitamin C.) Plus the cheesecake is topped with dark chocolate, which is full-of antioxidants. There's only 1 cup of sugar in the entire recipe. There is a little more in the crust, but it's not that bad. Run to the store right now and get the ingredients for this Dark Chocolate - Orange Cheesecake and you can eat healthy, too.
