I always knew it was a special day when I came home from school to my mom making Peanut Butter Fudge.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 pint marshmallow creme
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Put sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until thick. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Let stand for several hours before cutting.
