Cream Cheese Frosting is probably my favorite for icing cakes.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
Preparation:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in the sugar. Use on a cooled 2-layer cake.Icing Cakes.
