Ingredients:
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 2 small cans of pineapple, drained
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 2 - 9 ounce containers non-dairy whipped topping
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Divide between the two crusts. Refrigerate until firm.
